An easy fix unless you are over 80. Called around to places recommended by the manufacturer. They were the 1st response. Came the next day. Fixed in 10 minutes. NO CHARGE!! Turned out that they put the stove in so long ago. Albeit for a gone out of business company. I think I left a review for them on Facebook last year, but I wanted to add one on Google for another awesome visit from them. The whole experience is great from start to finish, they installed my wood stove, and have been out 3 times to clean it and to fix some hurricane damage. When I call to book, they're polite, friendly and just easy to book with. They find a time, and book me in. Their booking system is all online, I get reminders of the appointment and they've always shown up around the time they're booked for. When they show up they're pleasant to talk to, they go well out of their way to make sure they keep the mess to a minimum. They even got out a rag and some Windex to clean a couple sooty fingerprints on my screen door, which I probably wouldn't even have noticed. They're really efficient and do an overall awesome job. It's been really hard to find any professionals that come any where close to them, I can hardly get people to even show up.
